An older photo of the modified A-Frame that Landy designed for Allen Nichol, son of Jim and Rose Mary Nichol, who were one of the first full time residents of Kunzer Beach Lane.  The mock ups that Landy built are pictured below.  The Allen Nichol cottage was north or Jim and Rose Mary's home.
