Landy's cottage today. The
basic A-Frame remains, but that's about it. It's now up to 3,426
sqft. and was recently (2018) listed for sale at $470,000.00.

Landy's pier remains as does our country's flag that Landy always made
sure was proudly flying whenever we were at the cottage.
View from the road. The Vanden Brook/Steivo cottage looks
unchanged below.

This unchanged cozy cottage should last forever since Bill Vanden Brook
framed it with timber from telephone poles that he had milled
locally. I believe this was the first
cottage built on Kunzer Beach Lane. (Circa
- 1959)
